sorry this is kinda long,
at the regular transmission shop they have replaced my clutch, slave cylender, pressure plate(all the parts were obtained from eeuroparts.com and they are 100% saab) so they finished the job and bled the clutch, no problem they say and give me my car. I drove it for a few miles back home it felt fine but.....the pedal stuck to the floor a few times. Then i finally lost the pedal completly it was to the floor. So i take the car back to him and say i beraly have a pedal i mean an inch or so you gotta fix this. THey take the car and start rebleeding come to find out....they loost the pedal completly they had nothing. So they point out to a leaky line from MC to Slave, it gets replaced along with the master. Car bleeds out fine but with the air pressure bleeder theres still some air coming out, they take it for a ride pedal feels fine, the guy comes back and says he got no pedal. Bleeding and bleeding the crap out of it with the air pressure bleeder by hand, they tried everything no luck i have an inch worth of pedal that sticks to the flor? now when you press the pedal down you can see the line from the Master to the Slave is moving like theres lots of pressure but for some reason its not getting to the clutch or lets say the slave. when bleeding by hand some fluid comes out of the nipple from the slave but not much cuz theres almost no pedal. Could it be a cloged metal line going into the slave? But the clutch was totally fine when i brought the car for rear main seal/cltch/slave reapair. Someone help me out so i can give them a hint for what they can look for.
thanks
andrey
