Wheel hub cover removal

Hi,
Just bought a used '93 9000 cse turbo and need to know how to remove any of the wheels. Looks like there is a special tool needed to remove the hub cover, but can't find anything that will work. The hub cover has a small round circle 3/4" with three holes in it.
The car didn't come with any paperwork and only a few tools.
Please advise. I couldn't find anything on the bboard.
Thanks
Doug
