and I find that fully tilting it open and then closed seats the glass well. This used to work all the time for me in the past.
Now, though, it's a different situation. I had a problem earlier where the pass. side bolts that hold the subframe to the front cross-member had both fallen out, causing the car to sag on that side (as well as allowing my cv boot to rip in half by rubbing on the sway-bar end). This also threw-out my front-end alignment.
What I need to do now is to remove the bolts on the driver's side, to basically "reset" the structure of the car's body. I think it's out of whack now. This is exactly what happened when I had to remove all of these bolts about 8 months ago to replace my bottom motor mounts. After doing that job, the sunroof would not close properly, as well as the driver's door. One drive around the block, and everything situated itself.
