91 Saab 9000T pre-purchase

Greetings,
I am seriously considering buying a 91 9000 turbo from someone I know very well. This car has been maintained by dealers since he bought it new, and no expense was spared (not the mechanical type... basically fixed anything the dealer said needed fixing, regardless of cost).
Body is in excellent shape, with only a bit of rust on the front of the hood (I'll fix that) and tiny bit around the windshield. Interior looks amazing. The owner is seriously meticulous. It was probably washed literally every other day.
Now the important stuff: 218k miles, original clutch, original suspension. A/C doesn't work (bad compressor). Motor was completely rebuilt at 50k. Last fall, timing chain was adjusted, brakes re-done, new belt etc. As I said, dealer maintained at usual intervals and everything always fixed ASAP. Probably needs CV boots. Turbo still spools up well.
I've checked out all the usual things, and can fix most anything myself. Is there anything else specific of this make and year that I should be checking? Would you have any worries based upon the info I gave?
Finally, the price: $1500. He would put it in the paper for more, but figured he'd not have to deal with ads and test drives, etc. I've driven it quite a bit and like it a lot.
Can I go wrong??
I've looked through the archives thoroughly and am very impressed at the amount of knowledge here. In addition, I look forward to contributing and helping out as much as I can if and when I purchase this car. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
-Pat-
