as the bearing. For a "complete" test the shop wants $50, more than the price of the used alt. I'll pass knowing that saab alt are sturdy (VR being a wear item). Since the high speed fan resistor is dead, the battery has been fluctuating around 12.x. Moreover I can feel a slight hesitation when the fan kick in in wrap speed. This upgrade is right on the money.

I hope I can pull the alt form the top and not have to remove the wheel, etc .
