Inside the rubber boot on each DI coil there is a spring that connects the coil to the plug. Make sure the springs are properly seated. Remove the cover and make sure you don't see burning on the coil face where it meets the spring. I've seen cases where the DI goes on, but one spring gets slightly cocked, and doesn't make good contact. The spark still jumps, but over time the arc creates a burn on the coil and spring (or spring and spark plug head) which makes for a misfire.
