I use my hydraulic jack to lift the front from the center of the front beam of the engine cradle (there's a small circular ring that fits inside the round lift point of my hydraulic jack). I place jack-stands at each front corner of the engine sub-frame/cradle, theres kind of an indent with two bolt heads that I position the jack-stands under. Then I go to the back of the vehicle and position the jack under the rear towing eye bracket. Once lifted, I place my other two jack-stands under the vehicle at the rear screw jack lifting brackets (I usually place a narrow piece of 3/4" plywood between the brackets and the jacks to distribute the load evenly on the brackets, so they don't bend the slots closed.
