All you need is a small piece of steel with 2 holes in it. Put a bolt through each hole and put a nut on the other side. The tensioner pulley bracket already has the cut-outs for this type tool.

I made my tool in about 10 minutes out of a flat piece of steel and 2 bolts I had laying around. Piece of cake.
