Conor's previous post is correct in that the only solution is to try to shield the speaker wires (or replace them with shielded - best bet). Even then, I'm thinking that you will only reduce the effect, not completely remove it.
The issue is caused by the fairly intense electromagnetic waves being sent from your phone once it receives an initial "handshake" request from a local cell tower. The interference should go away once your phone actually starts ringing, since by that point the phone and tower have agreed on what frequency/amplitude is necessary to maintain the connection. This effect is more prevalent in GSM (and the older TDMA system) phones as opposed to CDMA, but all will cause it to varying degrees.
You can see the same effect if you put your phone beside a computer monitor too (CRT, not LCD), the whole screen will start to wave. Keep in mind as well that a comp. monitor has a thick lead shielding intended to prevent this very effect; that gives you an idea of the power of what you are trying to shield your thin speaker wires from.
Long story short, it's a losing battle unless you want to invest some significant ducats.
