Concerning codes address the lowest one first. Check the Coolant temp sensor located near thermostat housing toward firewall. This should be a 2 wire sensor. One wire should read .02v or less which is the ground the sensor need to work properly. The other wire is the signal wire the ECU is looking at the adjust things. If the ECu thinks the car is still cold when it is warm it will run pig rich and set CE lights. Check this with the car cold. Check volts at each wire. I think the wires are yellow and orange. Then get car to normal operation temp then re check volts. The ground volts should stay at or below .02v and the sensor signal to ECU voltage should change as temp increases
The code 135 is for the oxy sensore heater circuit. Fuse 28 powers the heater circuit of the 02 sensor. Make sure all is good there.
The other code deals with a misfire which could be caused from the code 125.
