In my opinion, with all things being equal, the 205/60's are going to handle a smidge better than the 195/65's, but we have to be honest with ourselves; what is a better handling truck, a Mack or a Freightliner? Unless you've got an Aero, or have a 9k with upgraded suspension, the cars pretty much handle like poo, and that small tire difference won't help things too much. Going to something like 40-series 17" rubber would be a noticeable difference, but what you're talking about won't really do much. I wish my '92 9k handled like my wifes '96 Aero too....
