I use non-sysnthetic and change every 3500 miles or so- I just know when to do it- idle becomes a little rougher. I have 146,000 miles now on my Aero '97. 4 quarts with oil filter change 3.3 without. I do filter every other change. Good to have oil on your timing chain so go all the way to max or even a little above. Keep the oil fresh and you should be happy Saabing.................
