Not to sound silly, but there's three possibilities-- the clutch master cylinder, the hydraulic line between there and the slave, and the slave cylinder. The first two are easy to change, if that is the case, and of course, you're dropping the transmission out to do the third.
Me? I'd try bleeding the clutch hydraulics before replacing stuff, and see if that makes a difference. Search out instructions on making a bleeder tool (typically something to pressurize the brake/clutch hydraulics, like a tire pump, etc.).
