Well all my lovely 95 aero and I ran across some black ice and after a spin or two and a flip, I was able to crawl out the shattered passenger window opening without a scratch. Car didn't fare to well, not a single body part escaped damage, and roof is quite crushed on passenger side. Anyway, thanks to good design, I am living to tell about it. No airbag deployment, evidently because there was no frontal impact.
I am pulling off the good (interior!!) parts, already got the Recaro seats that may find their way into my 92.
Question is-for the engine and trans, what is best way to remove from car? should I pull them out from above as a unit? Or drop whole subframe?
Car was hauled home and still starts fine and runs.
