From your description it sounds like the car is mechanically in good shape. The advantage you have is that you know the history on the car. Unless you buy new or a car with less than 25,000 miles, you will have the same expenses ulimately with a car of unknown history.
The drivers seat repair you quote seems very high. I think you could buy an entire seat out of a junk yard or off of ebay for less than half of that. I just bought an excellent ACC unit off of ebay for $18. I would not have the wheels refinished by a pro. You can do this yourself. I just did it to one of my other cars. Go buy silver wheel paint, and wheel clear coat. You will be amazed at the results. Mine look factory new. The new sways and strut bar are probably a waste of money on a 235,000 mile car. At some point you have to rationalize your expenditures.
It is most likely cheaper to make sensible repairs to this car, rather than buy another with an unknown history. Here is how I see it:
Seat repair - $150
Motor mounts - $300
ACC - $50
Blower motor - $100
Struts - $350
Wheel refinish - $25
TOTAL - $975
