first off, blowing a fuse is usually a symptom of a short to ground, or a very hight current draw. So consider swapping the headlight bulbs either left to right, or put another one in the left. If you swap left to right and the problem stays on the left, and the bulb works properly on the right, then I'd look very closely at the bulb harness making sure that you don't have a cut wire, rubbing against something, or perhaps a wire that has left the connector entirely and is touching the body.
If all of that (free and only your labor and brain power) fails then suggest looking for the relay mentioned in the other post. see the link for the fuse
