Poly Bushings Posted by jdlincoln [Email] (#640) [Profile/Gallery] (more from jdlincoln) on Sat, 25 Oct 2008 16:09:49 In Reply to: Not bad, JamesS-S, Fri, 24 Oct 2008 15:48:15 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I guess I just don't get what all the negativity is about poly bushings. I have BOTH top ones from eEuro AND the poly trans mount from Elkparts in my '97 9K Aero, along with poly rear A-arm bushes and SAS swaybars, F&R, with poly bushes. I have stock, with Quasi limiter fix, lower engine mounts. I just don't notice any vibrations bad enough to offset the good. ie: longer wear, better shifting, flatter cornering. On a rough road, and here in Northern Vermont we have many, it may feel a bit more "sporty", but on a smooth road, it's like silk.
