The "rule of thumb" for compression readings on these cars is that they should be in the 160 - 180 psi range (variable depending on the gauge and technique) and SHOULD BE WITHIN +/- 10% OF EACH OTHER. Obviously, this is not the case on your car, so you have a compression problem that will require further investigation.
I would start by taking off the valve cover and ensuring that the camshaft marks line up where they are supposed to when the engine is at Top Dead Center - you will need to do this for any additional work so it will not be time wasted. Perhaps the chain tensioner failed and/or the timing chain jumped a few teeth.
How is the coolant level, and is there oil floating on the surface? If there is no coolant or oil present, perhaps you have a headgasket problem, but it seems unlikely that two cylinders would fail simultaneously.
The only other thing could be pistons/rings - ouch if that's the case.
