Maybe you saw my post.
After taking the bottle out, which is connected to an A/C part mount and requires removal of the inner liner and head light and two hours of knuckle scraping work, I swore that I didn't care if that engineer designed my Viggen, I wanted to kill him if he designed that cost saving setup. A year or so later, Ive calmed down and only want to make sure he never fathers anything again.
I got the bottle out and used red RTV silicone to stop my leak. The bottle must vibrate and the mounting posts eventually cause cracks in the plastic. You cannot use a hot knife to melt the plastic around the crack, that only enlarges the crack for some reason, probably due to the type of the plastic. Leave it in place, wipe it down with alcohol and use silicone slathered about inch in diameter around the posts. That should stop the leak. It doesn't have to be pretty, so cover it pretty good. Quantity counts more than quality in this fix.
Also, replace all the one way check valves while you are down there, one T and two 90 degree valves IIRC. Just in case. Just a few bucks at eEuroparts.
And somebody warn that engineer I'm still pissed.
