brake warning lights and pressure monitor switch

Whilst my Aero is getting trans replaced, I had to get the old 92 Turbo on the road again. After many weeks at shop, the Crank Position Sensor was replaced . Fortunately not the throttle body. Runs great again. But now won't stop!
Noticed the ANTILOCK and TCS CNTRL illuminated. Loss of brake boost.
I have already replaced the ABS pump motor a year ago. I removed the cover off the ABS pump motor relay, and the contacts were never closing. When closed by finger, the pump runs and pressurizes system and boost returns.
So I figured the brake pressure monitor wasn't working. Replaced it with a used one, and now ABS pump runs fine like it should. But I still have the ANTILOCK and TCS CNTRL lights illuminated. pulled all brake wiring connectors and used contact dielectric grease. I think I need to replace the brake accumulator because after only 4-5 stabs of pedal the pump will cycle. But lights should go out, no?
The car is not it limp home mode, brakes seem to be fine. fluid level is OK. Boost is OK, but maybe not like it has been.
