I beginning to wonder if the problem is my gauge... When I purchased the car, it had an 82 degree thermostat (I did not know until I replaced it). The gauge was always around 8:30-9:00. I am running a 50/50 mix of ZEREX G-05. Tonight, it was 60F and the gauge was just above the blue line. Having flushed the system, I would expect it to run a little cooler -- but the gauge hardly moves form cold to running temperature. I replaced the gauge sensor at the same time (from eEuroparts). Is the sensor the same for all 9000's? I have a spare gauge cluster. I'd like to see if I get the same reading on that gauge pod. I am happy with the running of the car. I just wish there was of a gradient to the gauge. The radiator is Blackstone and in good condition.
