Even though your plugs aren't very old, if the gap wasn't correct to start with, or even if it was, over time the gap will increase. 3 months seems like not enough time to do this, but it'd be the first thing I'd check. Should be .9 mm.
Of course, since you have another car with a known good DI cassette, it's simple enough to swap them and see if that clears up your problem.
So, I guess I mean, start by swapping in a good DI, and then if that doesn't improve matters, investigate the gap.
