It's not that hard, but some of the nuts may be hard to remove because of location and heat. Spray them (four on top and three on downpipe) with PBlaster or similar and let them sit for a day or two and spray them a couple of times.
It takes an assortment of socket extensions to loosen the downpipe nuts. An air ratchet works well here. The top four nuts can be loosen with a good box-end wrench. The back nuts are hard if your wrench is thick, but it would be worth grinding one down a little. Otherwise, the rest is fairly easy, but you have to be careful getting it out without dinging the radiator. Some may say to remove the whole manifold, but I've done it several times with doing that. Also, the oil return pipe just slide into the oil pan after you remove the two bolts.
