I've only seen photos but cars from the rust belt often look like they have been fished out of the Baltic Sea... a genuine problem.
Likely it's rusted in place?
Lots of rust release fluid could/should help?
Did find a 'test' on rusty part lubes.. Liquid Wrench proved at least as good as the Hi priced exotic types, while the very best release agent tested was a DIY mix of ATF and acetone!?.
My cars' ABS sensors have a black plastic bore sleeve, which makes removing the things as simple as undoing the 10mm bolt and pulling the sensor up with my fingers. No such thing on yours?
