96 9000 - How do I replace front fog light?

OK, admittedly I crawled under the car a)with my contacts in; and b) without reading glasses to allow me to see inches from my face with my contacts in...
That being said - how does one access the fog light housing (driver side) to install a new bulb? I tried to fiddle around with the blurry housing, but couldn't feel any distinctive clips or a way of rotating a bulb socket.
Thanks for any guidance!
