I've had a pickup for many years (mostly for towing an oversized 2-horse trailer).
For years now it's just sat with expired tags & no insurance.
(But I still haul stuff anytime I want. Quite legally too.)
That's the beauty of a 9KT with a hitch & a utility trailer; who needs the pickup anymore ?
My car is a treasure to me, so I am watchful and don't take chances with it.
If it felt or looked in any manner like it was straining with a loaded trailer that practice would be all done in a jiffy.
(But it doesn't.It tows nice & easy.)
My opinion after doing this for years and with more than one 9KT:
They are wonderful tow rigs !
(No P-R-N-D-Ls for me though, I'm a 5sp kinda guy.)
Best Wishes for Happy & Safe Towing.
