Many get changed out in the mistaken notion that a PolyU mount will transform their car.
Assuming your mount is damaged, one can DIY replace it in place, with trans left unmolested. Using a Large bolt, washers and a suitable sized piece of steel tubing, as both press and puller (Yes it's a skill/ingenuity testing question;-) the mount can be removed and replaced in situ.
Also the OEM Mounts have (used to have?) an Ali outer tube.. not Steel.. as result these are Much easier to instal and remove.
Careful in which version you buy.
IF your mount is minorly damaged ie cracked on it's cross web. A proven 'fix' was to jack up the trans end/relieve gravity pressure on the mount then insert bits of heater hose rubber into the lower mount void, filling it fully and neatly, subsequently the trans end weight then locks them in place.
This 'fixes' it nicely, pretty well permanently. It's also removeable/repeatable as preferred.
G'luck.
