You don't need to go through the wheel well. The bolt in the head is in between the a/c compressor and the head. Just need to find the right combination of extensions and or wrenches(I think I used both last time). There is also a clip that attaches the wires to the side of the block by the pulleys. Should be able to reach that from the top. The get to the connector behind the block, you can either reach down and feel for it if you know where it is or go from underneath where you will be able to see it. Hope this helps.
