1) The CPS wire is connected to the pipe under the manifold. I'd suggest you disconnect the CPS and the connector and pull it out with the pipe.
2) Disconnect the heater hose and the hose going to the throttle body.
3) Disconnect the 2 bolts holding pipe to the thermostat body
4) Disconnect the bolt holding the pipe to the timing cover.
I'm not sure about pulling it out without the manifold off as I've only taken it off with the engine out. But you will be pulling it out from the timing cover side
