These are pretty well-sorted cars. There are the usual issues like heater core & blower motor, plus occasional nuisance stuff like engine mounts, shift linkage, and washer fluid tank leaks, but they are fantastic cars. And with some mods are a ton of fun to drive.
Just check over whatever car you're considering very thoroughly, (especially for rust) and try to find one with service records.
Put good shocks on the car, add SAS sway bars, put poly bushings in the front control arms, have the ECU remapped, and you'll have really fun ride for a pretty modest investment.
