'95 TCS Aero: gas pedal potentiometer removal Posted by Daven [Email] (#290) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Daven) on Tue, 3 Jan 2012 07:43:20 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Hey all.
Today I am swapping all the electronics from my totaled '95 Aero (SQR Stage 5+) into my new '95 Aero. In the process of removing the throttle potentiometer from the old car, I broke the plastic pivot points on the gas pedal. My Haynes DYI manual provides 3 very vague instructions to this arduous procedure. A procedure that requires a floodlamp and 4 hands in a crowded space only reachable by lying upside down on the door sill. My patience is exhausted and these leg cramps are killing me. Any advice?
