I am pretty sure that they are hubs that are bolted on, so it shouldn't be that much more to do them.
For the CV's, I thought it was cheaper- and simpler- to replace the whole outer axle.

If you find the outer CV looks good, and you just want to put a boot on it, then I found it is easier to take off the inner bearing and sliding the new outer boot on from that end.
