Alot of the procedures for the CSE (and for the C900's as well) also apply for the Aero seats. The Aero's are actually easier because the back has zippers up the sides. This is not that difficult of a job, but it does take time and patience. Look through the archives - you will find many pointers. There used to be a great write-up on the C900 board. Getting the headrests released is often a mystery - there is a screw that is accessed from the front of the seat just below the fully extended headrest. The skin needs to be pulled up to that point before it can be seen.
A long time ago, I made a hooked tool to help with removing the "S" shaped clips that pull the leather down to give the seat it's shape. I made the tool by cutting an upwardly angled slot in the side of a slotted screwdriver. Given all of the old Saabs that have been in our household over the years, this tool has gotten much use.
Good luck.
Dave
