Chances are strong, that if you're not comfortable with jack stands, you don't know how to use them. I'll admit that lifting the car might require lifting two separate times depending on where you're doing your work, but other than that, it's a straightforward procedure.

Aside from that, Gorilla ramps are almost as easy as jack stands to use. You just need to get over the fear that you'll drive over and off of them.
