You can pull the controller connector and try to jump the two pins in the harness connector that control the blower current. I'm not sure which pins these are since I do not have my schematic in front of me. One of these pins is ground and one runs over to the blower connector. You can determine them by running a continuity test to the blower connector (disconnected) or to battery ground. The jumper which will short the blower to ground, which will cause it to run full speed.
