Clarification questions:
1. Does the temp gauge go to the red zone while the car is moving, or just when standing still? If while moving, you have a thermostat problem, if not you MAY not.
2. Interior fan on full speed: if your car has Automatic Climate Control (ACC) then the speed control transistor is fried, a symptom of the motor drawing too much current, a bad connector in the circuit, or both. If it is manual A/C, then there is a resistor pack that goes bad for similar reasons.
3. NOt sure what the headlamp relay has to do with the A/C, but sounds like a general electrical issue.
