With combined miles of approx 680,000.
Belts at 30k, pulleys at 60k, rebuild the tensioner or replace it at 120k.
Agree with the comments about looking for vibration, bouncing when the AC compressor clutch engages. Can't imagine why else you're having so many issues.
Had one of the 'old style' tensioners fail on an 86 9k; that's not the current 'one long serp belt' type that is being discussed.
