The whole bumper assembly (front and rear) should just bolt right up. Just remember to remove the 2 little vertical spacers.
The one caveat is that the fasteners and clips sometimes changed from year to year, so you might have to use the ones from the Aero.
The plastic splash panels on the underside of the front bumper are the same for CS/CSEs and Aeros.
