I went 3 for 4 at the local junkyard using a big pair of channel locks, and about half a can of pb Blaster. And a big screwdriver. After soaking them I used the channel locks to grab the plastic rubber part to 'break' it meaning get it to at least move side to side. Then I got the screwdriver under there and started wiggling it more with the locks while prying up. It was not easy.
