For the manual transmission at least I believe there are c-clips behind the inner drivers so you can't just pull them out. If you're certain that all the bolts are out (are you sure there aren't any on the side or anything like that?) I would try some tapping with a mallet or a little prying. Fortunately, I'm not familiar with the auto so I can't offer much more advice than that. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
