headlight mounting problem

My right side headlight is loose, and the adjustment screws are broken at the plastic parts which insert into the headlight bucket. I see that these screws are attached into the back of the glass headlight unit via some sort of plastic clip. Anyone know how I can replace these?
Also, when people talk about using a hot air gun to soften the plastic for the mounting points into the bucket, so they can remove it and then re-mount, are they talking about these adjustment screws, or are they talking about the single short stud (about 1 inch) that constitutes the third mounting point for the headlight unit into the bucket?
Thanks.
