I would be surprised if the geometry changes very much due to disc wear. If that were the case, I would expect the pedal force to change a lot through the pedal stroke if geometry counted for that much. That said, I'm happy with the clutch. No slipping, no chatter. I'm getting used to it. It's just different. I think I could even bear Boston rush hour traffic with the low pedal force. I used to dread driving home from the airport at 5 PM on Fridays and my left leg would get tired. My guess is they just build it differently now vs. 1997.
