1997 CSE turbo replacement

We just swapped in a replacement turbo charger (garret 25, from a 1996 via ebay) on my son's 1997 CSE. The Haynes manual says to remove the exhaust manifold with turbo still attached. WRONG.
We did remove the radiator w/fan to ease the congestion. It was necessary to pull the O2 sensor off the down pipe to get enough clearance to remove down pipe (O2 sensor bumps into water pump otherwise).
eEuro has two different "kits" of gaskets and seals, both of which are supposed to be applicable (even though they have slightly different components). Some of the oil/water lines are best disconnected from both the turbo and the other end. The gasket & seal kit doesn't include the copper ring seals for the non-turbo end of these lines.
We were lucky, no rust-frozen nuts and bolts. Job took about 4 hours. Hardest part was releasing some of the turbo hose clamps that were put on by a sweedish fellow 14 years ago.
Car is fine, high pitched painful turbo sound is gone, no more blue smoke (there was some, not tons).
