I installed a polyurethane transmission mount and drilled three more holes in it as suggested here. There is definitely increased vibration at idle during the first two minutes or so of idling (right out of my alley there is a traffic light that I always have to wait for), but after that it is as smooth as before. Shifting may be slightly better. Tradeoffs.......
