If so I'd think that's the way to go, with proper abrasive and a cloth wheel. You can pop the turn signal assemblies out of the fender and do it in a shop.
But someone else who's done it needs to chime in here. I tried this on the rear third brake light lens, which was crazed and very rough surfaced. I used a very fine wet or dry sandpaper and then polish but the cracks were still there and the polish embedded in them, leaving a less than perfect job, little whitish scratches everywhere.
