There is a drain plug on the bottom of the radiator, passenger side - is that what you are referring to? It is made of plastic and replacement pieces are available for the original radiator. If the radiator has been replaced by an aftermarket unit, it may not fit. See link for a source for the part.
Before that, are you sure that the lower hose clamp is tight?
