These are standard plugs and wear out (or the gap enlarges) in about 10,000 miles, so it's probably time to change them again.
Note that NGK plugs have "heat numbers" in reverse of Bosch plugs, i.e. BCPR7ES are COLDER than BCPR6ES. I would just use BCPR6ES for normal driving, gap them to 0.9mm so there is room for the gap to expand.
