It seems that the wastegate us not seating correctly. At low rpms I can still hear the turbo spool a little but all the boost is bypassed. Under hard acceleration you can a pshhhh. I've pretty much done just about everything to try to figure this issue out. I have checked my electronic boost control valve. Had the car smoke tested performed a boost leak test my replace vacuum lines and tested my wastegate acuator
