There are three bolts that hold that whole bracket on if you're able to get to them you can pull the whole entire alternator power steering pump out. Of course you will have to disconnect all the wiring and hoses coming from the power steering pump which creates quite a bit of a mess. Maybe you can jam a little bit bigger of a torx socket in the hex bolt hole and see if it will come out that way.
