No heat in winter. What about the AC?
One problem that can arise is the failure of the EDU. This is behind the small screen above the steering wheel shroud. When this fails, no HVAC. Watch for the gas gauge drop, the level warning light flash, a few other symptoms. Apparently because of a weak connection, the unit thinks the car has been shut off. When the symptoms above disappear, the EDU thinks the car is running again.
One other thing I have learned: it is impossible to install the thermostat backwards in a 9000 or 9-5 4 cyl. engine.
Good luck.
